In Military School, she meets Carla (Andrea Lewis), who tries to guide her but Kelly refuses to listen to Carla, leading Kelly into a heap of trouble. Cadet Captain Jennifer Stone (Christy Carlson Romano), the "meanest 16-year-old in America," tries everything she can to get Kelly into trouble. Kelly, while doing her punishment job (polishing shoes for the drill team), she spots the drill team and thinks that it is beautiful the way they do it, so she tried it. Cadet Captain Jennifer Stone's assitant, Gloria (Aimee Garcia), desides to help Kelly.
